By booking a test ride demo, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Availability: Submitting this form doesn't confirm a demo time or day. We'll be in touch to confirm availability. WRAD Bikes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the test ride demo at any time due to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason deemed necessary by WRAD Bikes. In the event of cancellation, WRAD Bikes will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

2. Safety: You understand that cycling can be inherently risky, and you assume all risks associated with participating in a test ride demo.

3. Liability Waiver: You release WRAD Bikes from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may occur during or as a result of the test ride demo.

4. Responsible Riding: You agree to ride responsibly and adhere to all traffic laws and safety guidelines during the test ride demo.

5. Equipment Condition: You will inspect the bicycle before riding and ensure that it is in proper working condition. Any issues or concerns should be reported to WRAD Bikes before the test ride begins.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold WRAD Bikes harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the test ride demo.

7. Age Requirement: You confirm that you are of legal age to participate in the test ride demo or have obtained parental/guardian consent if under the legal age.

8. Consent to Use Likeness: You grant WRAD Bikes permission to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the test ride demo for promotional purposes.
